KSE Academy offers digital educational materials, primarily in PDF format, designed to help students prepare for various English proficiency exams.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (PayPal & Stripe). By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the payment method selected.

3. Digital Product Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive your digital product through:

Immediate access via a popup window
A download link in your confirmation email

Most files are in PDF or XLSX (Excel) format and ready for immediate use.

4. Download Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

Each purchase allows for a maximum of 3 downloads
Download links expire 7 days after purchase

It is your responsibility to download and save your purchases within this timeframe.

5. Digital Tests Platform(s)

When you purchase a license to access a digital test platform created by KSE Academy, you will receive various emails after your purchase, including:

An email with the license which grants you access to all or part of the platform.
An email with a link (button) to a downloadable PDF file with the instructions to access the platform using the license.

If you have not received either of these emails, please, check your junk/spam inbox. If they are not in your spam inbox, please, contact us at [email protected] explaining the issue.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. As our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded and are immediately accessible upon purchase.
